pjslife: (Stitch is the King of the World)
Yesterday I joined my local CSA. Starting May 15 I will be getting a box of fresh, local, organic produce from the Columbus Natural Food CSA. I am so excited. I have a zillion ideas. Since you will not know what is coming in your box exactly and you know that in 7 days you will get another box, I am looking forward to finding recipes to use the foods that come in the box. The box is supposed to be enough for a family of four.

I am hoping that eating more fresh veg will help in my quest to get healthy. I plan on trying to post pictures and recipes etc on my blog. http://pjslifeandstuff.blogspot.com/

If you would like to find a CSA in your area, here is good place to start: www.localharvest.org

I hope you will join me.

To answer the question. They both have their appeal to different "dieters". For those that are not lactose intolerant, skinny cow is fine. How ever I like the taste of both.
