for all of your kind words of support. I promise I am not going over board. I am just SO out of shape that it all hurts b/c I am making my muscles do things they don't want to do.
Matt, the PT, broke the body down into three parts. Legs, Arms, Core. I work one section at a time w/ no less than 72 hours between sections. So I have done Legs and Arms once. Monday is Core. Then back to legs.
I also rec'd some nutritional changes that are going to be very hard and not very WW -ish.
But no worries so far I am loving it and look forward to my progress.
